What is BlueList?
BlueList is your kitchen and grocery companion: it manages recipes, plans meals, creates smart shopping lists and organises cookbooks — all designed to make your life easier.
Simple and pleasant to use. That’s it.
Your content
Everything you create in BlueList — recipes, shopping lists, cookbooks and meal plans — belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, with Premium, synced securely through Google Firebase across all your devices.
You can share your content with links or codes. You decide what you share, and you can stop sharing whenever you want: the link stops working for everyone at once. That said, copies other people have already imported become theirs, and we cannot retrieve or delete them. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You need an account to use BlueList. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from the app’s settings, or by request — see the Delete your account page.
Premium and subscriptions
BlueList has a free version and a Premium subscription. Features such as cloud sync and sharing lists, recipes and cookbooks require an active subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel them from your device’s store settings (App Store or Google Play). If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods, without prejudice to the rights your local law grants you.
Acceptable use
We want BlueList to be a safe place for everyone. By using the app you agree not to:
- Send spam, phishing links or unsolicited messages.
- Attempt to attack, disrupt or compromise the platform’s security.
- Share other people’s personal data without their explicit consent.
- Upload or share illegal, hateful, abusive or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app’s code.
Breaches of these terms
If you breach these terms we may act: warn you, remove specific content, temporarily suspend your account, or delete it permanently. Serious breaches, such as sharing illegal content or harassing other people, may lead to immediate termination without prior notice.
Ending the agreement
Both you and BlueList can end this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the app’s settings. When you do, access to the service ends immediately and your data is erased from our systems; routine backups cycle out within 30 days at most.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it first from the App Store or Google Play.
Limitation of liability
BlueList is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for data loss caused by device failures, user error or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to BlueList will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (zero if you have only used the free version). None of this limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page, with an updated date. They will stay just as simple and transparent as they are now.
Your consumer rights (EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing written here limits your mandatory statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal for digital purchases and consumer-protection law. Where the law of your country protects you more than these terms, that law prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and Google Play, and their respective terms also apply to those purchases.
